Plant-Based Classes

Jenny’s plate has been offering cooking and educational classes on Plant-Based eating geared toward using real local foods for better health since 2018. The classes all contain information/instruction, a cooking demonstration, recipes, and a QA on eating more plants. These classes can be beneficial to those looking to go 100%, increase their cooking repertoire, or just get more vegetables into their Omnivore diet.
